Priority Payments - Checking Surcharge Fees on Transactions

Debit cards, gift cards, and prepaid cards should not incur surcharge fees. If a surcharge does not appear on a card transaction, it is most likely related to the customer paying with one of these card types. Follow the steps below if you would like to verify the card type and identify the reason why the surcharge was not assessed.

How to verify if a non-surchargeable card type was used

1. Collect the transaction details
   Gather all relevant transaction information, including order ID, transaction ID, date, and amount.
2. Confirm the card type
   Email the Priority Payments Customer Care Team at customerservicetsys@pps.io with the transaction details.
