Enable AI Search

In this document, we are going to cover how you can enable AI Search for your website. AI Search provides incredible context to what your users are searching for on the website, and it reduces the work that you have to do to clean up or enrich your product data with keywords, synonyms, or additional content.

For example, if you carry Reciprocating Saws on your website and refer to them as Reciprocating Saws in your product data, then users searching on that term will get relevant results. However many people refer to these as Sawzalls. So if you are using normal text based search, users searching for Sawzalls would not receive any results unless you include Sawzall in your product's keywords, description or synonyms.

However, AI Search uses context to return relevant results for the user's search term, and it knows that Sawzalls are a brand of Reciprocating Saws. So if a user searches on Sawzall, it will return your available Reciprocating Saws as the top search results. AI is also great at returning results for misspellings, different variations on search terms, and prompts. As mentioned previously, all of these capabilities greatly reduce the amount of effort required to maintain search synonyms, alternate spellings, product keywords and other enriched product data.
