To find an order in the Customer Mobile App, begin by opening the app.
Tap the "My Orders" button.
Once you're on the "Order History" screen, you can search for an order in two different ways. First, you can use the search filters available within the app. To do so, select the "Filter" icon.
You can sort by any field or filter that's available, such as the order number, status, total, if the order has been completed, and more.
Once you've finished selecting your filters, tap the "Apply" button.
Once you've applied your filters, the app will populate the related search results. You can browse through the results by swiping up and down on the screen.
Another way you can locate an order is to use the search bar at the top of the screen. To do so, select the search bar.
Use your device's keyboard to type any keyword or number related to the order. For example, you can search by order number, total, order status, and more.
As you begin typing, the search results will automatically appear. Once you're finished searching, view the results.
