Employee Mobile App - Create a Ticket Directly Under a Company

  1. Navigate to "Companies'

    To add a new ticket for a specific company in the Employee Mobile App, navigate to "Companies".

  2. Type in the "Company" name to search

    Tap the search button and type in the "Company" name to search.

  3. Select the company

    Tap on the name of your company from the list of search results.

  4. Go to the "Tickets" tab

    Swipe left on the tabs area to go to the "Tickets" tab.

  5. Tap the "+" icon

    Tap the "+" icon to start creating a ticket.

  6. Type in your ticket title

    Type in your ticket title.

  7. Tap on "Create"

    Tap on "Create" to initiate a new ticket.

  8. The ticket is created

    The ticket is created, and you'll be taken to a screen where you can see and edit the details.
