DejaVoo P-Series Terminal Update

1. Press the "Star" icon

   To complete a file download on a P-Series terminal you will need to follow these 5 steps. Please Note: Prior to doing any file or terminal adjustments, it is strongly suggested you settle any open batches. First, press the "Star" icon.

   

2. Select "Upgrade App"

   Then, select "Upgrade App" from the Favorites menu.

   

3. Enter password

   Next, enter the password as the last 4-digits of the TPN displayed.

   

4. Select "Download Parameter"

   Then, select "Download Parameter" to begin the download process.

   

5. Processing

   The terminal will show a "Processing" pop-up window, while the terminal completes the download.

   

6. Click "OK"

   A "Success" message will display once the download has completed. Click "OK" to return to the home screen.
