If you would like to email a quote request, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Quote Requests". In order to access Quote Requests, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

Enter the quote request number you would like to view in the "Search..." field.

Then, click on the more details icon to open quote request details screen.

Next, click the "Email Quote" icon.

Enter the recipient's email address.

Enter the email address or email addresses of the recipients you would like to email the the quote request to.

You can also update the "Bcc" field if needed.

You can customize the subject line as needed. "Your Quote is Ready" is set as default.

You can also personalize the message of the quote request.

Once everything has been updated, click "Send" to email the quote request.

You can also schedule the email if needed. Click the "Schedule send" icon.

Set the scheduled date as to when the email would be sent.

You can also set the time when the email would be sent.

Once everthing is set, click "Schedule send".

The date and time have been set and the email will be sent according to the scheduled date and time.
