Operations CRM - Adjust Pricing by Line Item on a Cash Quote

1. Navigate to "CRM"

   There are different pricing fields that you can update to adjust pricing cash quote line items. To do this, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

   

2. Click "Cash Quotes"

   Then, click "Cash Quotes". In order to access and update Cash Quotes, you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the following roles: "orderEdit", "crmCompanyOrderEdit", and "dispatch".

   

3. Search for the cash quote

   Type a keyword into the "Search..." field to locate the specific cash quote.

   

4. Click on the more details icon

   Click on the more details icon to open the cash quote details screen.

   

5. Go to "Items"

   Go to the "Items" tab.

   

6. Sell Price

   To adjust the sell price, double click on the "Sell Price" field for any line item. Then, enter the new price and hit "Enter". This updates the sell price without affecting other pricing calculations.

   

7. Margin

   Another option is to click on the "Margin" field for the line item. Then, enter the desired margin percentage and hit "Enter". This automatically updates the Markup and Sell Price fields.

   

8. Markup

   Or, you can click on the "Markup" field for the line item. Then, enter the desired markup percentage and hit "Enter". This automatically updates the Margin and Sell Price fields.

   

9. Cost

   The "Cost" field can also be adjusted for special order items. This automatically updates the Margin and Markup values but not the Sell Price.
