To view comments that customers have made on tickets, navigate to the "Services" section in the Operations Portal.
Then, click "Tickets". In order to access and update “Tickets” you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a “superuser”, or have the roles of: “ticketView” and “ticketEdit”.
Search for the ticket in the "Search" field.
Go into the ticket details page by clicking its more details icon.
Now, click on the "Customer Comments" tab.
The customer comments will appear here. Customer comments are visible to the customer and also to operation portal users.
