Operations PIM - View Cross Reference Products

1. Navigate to "Cross References" section

   To view cross reference products in the operations portal, navigate to the "Cross References" section in the Operations Portal. In order to access and update "Cross References" you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a “superuser”, or have the roles of: "productCrossReferenceView" and "productCrossReferenceEdit".

   

2. Click the "Type" column filter dropdown

   If you want to search for products under a specific type, click the "Type" column filter dropdown.

   

3. Select "Equals" and key in the Type

   Select "Equals" and key in the Type. For this example enter "S" if you're searching for the Substitute Products, "O" for Options/Related Products, or "U" for Upgrade Products.

   

4. Click "Apply"

   Click on the "Apply" button to confirm.

   

5. All products under the type that you searched will show

   All products under the type you filtered on will show.
