To view all activities associated with a customer, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Companies". In order to access "Companies", you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "companyView", or "crmCompanyView". Just a reminder, "crmCompanyView" access only allows employees to access companies that are assigned to them.

To quickly locate the company you wish to view, use the "Search" box and search for the company name or code.

Click the more details icon on the company you wish to view.

Then, click the "More" button.

Next, click "Activities".

The "Activities" tab grid view displays all the activities associated with the customer.
