To view all tickets under a company, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Companies". In order to access "Companies" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "companyView", or "crmCompanyView". Just a reminder, "crmCompanyView" access only allows employees to access companies that are assigned to them.

Search for the company by entering any keyword in the field. You can use the company code or name.

Click on the more details icon.

Click "More" to view other tabs.

Select "Tickets". In order to view "Tickets" you will need the role; "ticketView" or "ticketViewAssigned". If you would like to edit tickets, you will need the "ticketEdit" or "ticketEditAssigned" role. The "ticketViewAssigned" and "ticketEditAssigned" access only allows users to view and edit tickets that are assigned to them.

The "Tickets" tab will show you a list of all the tickets under the company.
