You can view all customers under a company through the operations portal. To start, navigate to the "CRM" section.

Then, click "Companies". In order to access "Companies", you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "companyView and companyEdit", or "crmCompanyView and crmCompanyEdit". Just a reminder, "crmCompanyView and crmCompanyEdit" access only allows employees to view companies that are assigned to them.

Enter the company code or name to search.

Click on the more details icon.

The company details tab displays an overview of the company such as, address, contact details, and shipping information.

Click the "More" dropdown.

Click "Customers". In order to access "CRM Customers" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate role: "crmCompanyCustomerView"

You can browse the list of customers in the company, or search for a specific customer by using the search field.

Click on the more details icon. In order to access and update "CRM Customers" details you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate role: "customerEdit"

Here, you can view and update customer information.
