You can customize the "Lead Status" dropdown selections for Opportunities and Quotes. To begin, navigate to the "System" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click on "Settings". In order to access and update leads, you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the following roles: "accountQuoting", "leadEdit".

In the "Search" field, search for the setting "leadStatuses".

Then, click on the more details icon.

Locate the "Value" field and click in the dialog box to customize your options.

Enter the options you would like displayed in the drop-down menu. Use a comma to separate each value and place the value in quotations.

Then click the "Save button" to save your changes.

To verify the update made on the menu option, go to the "Status" field on an "Opportunity" and click the down arrow to expand the dropdown menu.
